By using CallAaya you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. CallAaya is run by [operator name, set OPERATOR_NAME].

What CallAaya does, and doesn't

• It matches your resume to open jobs, scores your fit, checks how hiring systems read your resume, and helps you tailor it.
• Scores are a guide, not a hiring decision. We don't promise interviews or offers.
• Job postings belong to the employers (and to Adzuna, for the postings it supplies). We check that they're still open, but employers can close or change them at any time.
• We never apply on your behalf. You apply on the employer's own page.
• Some job links may earn us a commission. It never changes which jobs you see or how they're ranked.

Your account

• You need to be 18 or over. Give accurate details and keep your sign-in to yourself.
• You can delete your account any time from Your progress.

Your resume and what we write for you

• Your resume stays yours. You let us process it only to provide CallAaya to you.
• Dream Job Packages are drafts. We check every line against your resume, but read them before you send them: you're responsible for what you submit to an employer.

Free use and fair use

• The free plan has daily limits, shown in the app. Signed-out visitors get a few free searches and checks a day.
• Don't scrape CallAaya, automate it, resell it, or try to get around its limits or blurring.

Paid passes

• Boost Pack: ₹99 for 7 days with 3 Dream Job Packages; Pro · 1 month: ₹199 for 30 days; Pro · 1 year: ₹1,499 for 365 days.
• Every payment is one-time. Prices are in rupees and include all taxes. Nothing renews automatically, so there's nothing to cancel.
• Refunds: see the refund policy. In short, ask within 7 days and you get your money back.
• Anything shown blurred on the free plan is shown in full once you pay.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep CallAaya accurate and running, but it's provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for hiring decisions, for job postings we don't control, or for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that abuse CallAaya or break these terms. If we do, we'll tell you why, and refund any unused pass.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of [city, set OPERATOR_CITY]. Please write to us first; most things are quicker to fix by email.
